What we collect

• Card details you add: name, job title, company, phone, email, website, address and logo or photo.
• Photos of paper cards you scan, used only to read the details.
• Messages you leave with our AI Receptionist, including your name and how to reach you.
• Account and billing details if you sign up for a paid plan. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

• To create and display your digital card and its QR code.
• To answer your questions and reply to your messages.
• To run billing and keep the service safe.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where it's stored

Your cards are saved on your own device. Card photos are processed by a trusted AI service to read the text and are not kept afterwards. Receptionist messages are stored securely and only the owner can read them.

Your choices

You can delete your cards from your device at any time. To ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold, contact us. Residents of California and other US states have these rights under their state laws.

Children

The app is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
